Scheduling Guidelines

  1. Select the first service and choose a date and time.
  2. If you need additional services for the same appointment, add them for the same day and choose the same time as the first service.
  3. If you need appointments for different dates and times or for a different vehicle, select those services individually and choose the corresponding date and time for each.

Once all your selections are made, confirm your scheduling.

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle’s interior before your scheduled detailing service, including items like cables, chargers, coins, car seats, tools, and other loose belongings. If any items remain and need to be removed by our staff, an additional fee may apply.

If you need to drop off your vehicle before we open, please let us know. We also have a key drop-off box available for your convenience.

Service Appointment Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)
To secure your service appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking (Select the service to view the deposit amount). Please read our deposit policy carefully:
Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment (Select the service to view the deposit amount). This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Non-Refundable Terms:
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy applies even if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend the appointment for any reason.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 Hours notice.
Rescheduling with proper notice will allow the deposit to be applied to the new appointment date.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full duration of your service, but the deposit will still apply to the remaining time.
No-shows or failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellation:
If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations are final, and a new deposit will be required to schedule any future appointments.
Changes by Provider:
In the unlikely event that we must reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferable to a new appointment date or refunded if necessary.
