  • If your vehicle has a sunroof, please let us know if there are any issues, such as leaks or other concerns, so we can address them during the service.
  • If you need to drop off your vehicle before our opening hours, kindly let us know. We also offer a key drop-off box for your convenience.
What’s the difference between a Prepare To Ship Wash and a Premium Wash?
A Prepare To Ship Wash is designed for shipping prep, focusing on essential areas like the gas compartment and under fenders, without paint decontamination or waxing. A Premium Wash includes more detailed services like decontaminating the paint and waxing, providing a thorough exterior clean.
How long does a Prepare To Ship Wash take?
A Premium Wash typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. This is the estimated time for the wash service alone. Additional services may require more time.
Can I wait at the shop during my appointment?
Yes, you’re welcome to wait at our shop. We have a comfortable waiting room with a couch, chairs, and a small desk if you need to work. Free WiFi is also available for your convenience.
