  • Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle’s interior before your scheduled detailing service, including cables, chargers, coins, car seats, seat covers, guns, and other loose items. If any belongings are left behind and need to be removed by our staff, an additional fee may apply.
  • Important: Please schedule your Prepare to Ship Detailing at least 2 days in advance of your vehicle’s turn-in date. This ensures we have enough time to properly complete the service and that all fabrics and carpets are fully dry when you turn it in.
  • If you need to drop off your vehicle before our opening hours, kindly let us know. We also offer a key drop-off box for your convenience.
What’s the Difference Between Premium Interior Detailing and Prepare to Ship Interior Detailing?
While both packages deliver a deep, high-quality clean, the Prepare to Ship Interior Detailing is tailored specifically to meet the strict requirements of shipping companies. Shipping companies often have very high standards when it comes to vehicle cleanliness. They may reject vehicles that show pet hair, soil, crumbs, or any signs of debris inside. For that reason, this service goes beyond our standard Premium Interior package with extra attention to fine details, ensuring the interior is in ship-ready condition. If you're preparing to turn in your vehicle for shipment, the Prepare to Ship package is the best way to avoid last-minute delays, added fees, or rejections at drop-off.
How long does a detailing service take?
The duration of a detailing service depends on the condition of the vehicle and how dirty it is. The minimum time required is one hour, but it may take longer. We will inspect the vehicle on the day of the appointment and inform the customer of the estimated completion time. Additionally, we will call the customer 30 minutes before the service is finished.
Can I wait at the shop during my appointment?
Yes, you’re welcome to wait at our shop. We have a comfortable waiting room with a couch, chairs, and a small desk if you need to work. Free WiFi is also available for your convenience.
