  • Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle’s interior before your scheduled detailing service, including cables, chargers, coins, car seats, seat covers, guns, and other loose items. If any belongings are left behind and need to be removed by our staff, an additional fee may apply.
  • If you need to drop off your vehicle before our opening hours, kindly let us know. We also offer a key drop-off box for your convenience.
What’s the Difference Between Premium Interior/Exterior and Prepare to Ship Interior/Exterior ?
While both packages deliver a complete, high-quality detail inside and out, the Prepare to Ship Interior/Exterior package is specifically designed to meet the strict standards required for vehicle shipping. Shipping companies often demand that vehicles be completely free of pet hair, crumbs, soil, or any visible debris, and they may reject a vehicle that doesn’t meet those standards. The Prepare to Ship package goes beyond our standard Premium Interior/Exterior service by adding extra attention to fine details inside the cabin (including the trunk area on sedans and coupes), as well as exterior checks in key areas like the gas compartment and under fenders. Unlike the Premium package, the Prepare to Ship wash does not include paint decontamination or waxing, but instead focuses on ensuring your vehicle
How long does this detailing service take?
The duration of the service depends on the vehicle’s size and overall condition. On average, it takes 2 to 4 hours to complete. Vehicles in better condition may be finished closer to the 2-hour mark, while larger or dirtier vehicles may take longer. On the day of the appointment, we will inspect the vehicle and provide an estimated completion time. Additionally, we will call the customer 30 minutes before the service is finished so they can plan accordingly.
Can I wait at the shop during my appointment?
Yes, you’re welcome to wait at our shop. We have a comfortable waiting room with a couch, chairs, and a small desk if you need to work. Free WiFi is also available for your convenience.
